As a .NET Developer, you will develop and support marketing/product systems and information. Employees in this role will analyze Business/Product needs, develop solutions, and support testing of Product/Software solutions. The will be responsible for creating .NET applications, code reviews, testing, and application support.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
  • Integrate data storage solutions (SQL database, queries)
  • Ensure best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks, bugs, etc. and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Help maintain code quality, organization and automation
  • Be able to work with internal business teams
  • Research new ways to improve existing functionality, develops innovative approaches
  • Commit to continuous improvement in methodologies as applied to programming
  • Discharge other projects and tasks as directed by supervisor
  • Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of .NET framework, applications and front/back end layers and infrastructure
  • Must have strong organizational skills. Must have ability to multi-task
  • Must be self-starter and willing to work long hours if required
  • Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
  • Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution
  • Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
  • Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem solving and a dedication to high quality code
