Location: Mexico City, MEX

Description Level 2 on-site support and management for the voice infrastructure for a major financial customer in Mexico.

This role will perform daily operation activities (Troubleshoot Tier 2 incidents, equipment configuration, voice services support & management, MACD execution) for customer voice infrastructure.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- On site @ customer HQ, L3 support and management of the customer voice infrastructure (Cisco, Avaya, PBX Legacy Systems). On site @ customer HQ.

- Perform daily operation activities (Tier 1.5 and Tier 2 support, MACD execution).

- Execution of changes on the Cisco IPT infrastructure (Call Manager, Voice Gateways, Voice Mail) according to the Change Management process.

- Execution of changes on the Avaya infrastructure (PBX and Voice Mail)

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

- PM & ITIL knowledge.

- Fluent Spanish and English speaking

- Service Management and Customer oriented.

- Skills in IP Telephony Cisco or Avaya brands (Call Manager, Unity, Call Manager Express, Voice Gateways, Voice Mail, etc.)

- +3 Years of Experience supporting & managing voice infrastructure.

**Education and Qualifications:**

Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.

- PM & ITIL Knowledge-Spanish or English speaking degree or certification (if not mother tongue).

- Cisco CCNA Voice Certified

- Cisco CCVP (Desirable)

- Avaya knowledge or certification.
