Position Description:

Position Purpose
The New Program Development Manager is responsible for development of new program offerings for Renovation Services that are scalable and focused on driving value for our customers. This includes vetting new business ideas, building out new programs, creating pilot programs and launching new business opportunities.  The New Program Development Manager works in a matrix environment to ensure programs are created with proper specifications, costs, features, operating process, and operational alignment. The New Program Development manager must be able to work across many different groups including clients, sales professionals, industry leaders, merchants, field support teams, and operation partners in order to stand up new programs from concept to sales. 


  • 40% -Program Development - Develops strategies, operational processes and program frame work;  Perform program pilots – defining key milestones, tollgates and success metrics
  • 25% - Program Implementation - Develop and implement launch and rollout plan;  Coach and train other program managers on newly established programs and perform handoffs
  • 20% - Program Execution - Establish operating rhythm and process, reporting and tracking of KPIs/CTQs
  • 15% - Program Strategy & Planning - Partner with customers and sales professionals to determine where value can be created; Partner with merchants to develop product offerings necessary to fulfill customer expectations

Typically reports to Senior Manager or Director

Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Additional Environmental Job Requirements:


Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience business, retail, and/or consulting
Experience with sales, marketing, CRM
B2B Account Management experience  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and leverages partnerships
Strong project management skills
Ability to operate with limited direction and oversight while producing results
Willingness to work in a highly cross-functional environment
Strong problem solving skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
