The Cluster Marketing & Digital Services Lead for North Africa is fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Sales & Marketing Services (SMS) scope with a cluster focus for the following services:

+ Promotional Materials Operations
+ Samples Operations
+ Digital Channel Enablement
+ Brand Launch Support

The Cluster Marketing & Digital Services Lead sets the strategy and then ensures the team successfully executes, delivering outstanding service levels and also within compliance. The select colleague will be expected to :

+ Lead people
+ Lead large-scale change
+ Manage senior stakeholders

Member of the North Africa StartCO LT and the Regional DCE LT. Reporting to the North Africa StratCO CO Cluster Lead.


+ Lead services for the market/cluster and manage execution of end to end transactional business operations, including
+ Promotional Operations
+ Samples Management
+ Digital Channel Enabelement
+ Brand Launch Support
+ Marketing and Medical StratCO Communicaitons
+ Data extractions & validations
+ Subject matter expert in above areas and player/coach with other North Africa SMS team members.
+ Partner with business to determine needs and appropriate service levels to address needs.
+ Partner with Regional SMS and DCE Leadership Team to develop, drive and implement Marketing Services and Digital strategy within global design guidelines
+ Ensure SMS team members (in-market/cluster) are delivering quality service, within compliance, and that business leaders are informed of any issues.
+ Ensure business continuity during the transition to the new organization
+ As service SPOC, act as liaison between SMS colleagues and CM/other Business Leaders in the cluster. Collaborate with rest of StratCO CO teams in-market ensuring end to end service and integrated approach is delivered to business
+ Accountability and joint responsibility with Regional StratCO CO SMS and DCE Leads for scope, direction, priorities of Marketing Services and Digital strategy in the market/cluster - challenge status quo to drive both Marketing productivity improvement and customer value
+ Acquire or establish and deploy policies, processes, systems and tools to enable Service Excellence and Market Operations teams to deliver CO SMS and DCE charter and vision
+ Seek out Marketing Services and Digital good practices from market/cluster and share across the region
+ Manage vendor relationships at a country/cluster level
+ Ensure quality implementation, administration, reporting and timely delivery of services.
+ Collaboration with Compliance to ensure requirements are included in Marketing Services and Digital processes.
+ Partner with key stakeholders in assigned market/cluster and capture, record & share within broader StratCO CO Partner's needs for further development of StratCo CO services.
+ Provide analysis and recommendations on Resource Deployment to Marketing
+ Manage Marketing Services and Digital applications e.g. GCMA operations and change requests
+ Manage communciations strategy and activities with non-CFCs

**Performance Measures**
Overall delivery of solution that meets Pfizer's business needs, on time and within budget
Achievement of in-market Marketing and Digital targets.
Successful implementation of assigned Key Projects / Solution that meet business needs
Evidence of continuous improvement amd increasing maturity levels in prioritized elements of the CO SMS / DCE Maturity Heat Map (Financial, Client Services, Internal Processes, Organization, Governance and Communications)
Interaction with key stakeholders and ability to prioritize needs
Client Satisfaction survey and other feedback from key stakeholders on value provided to business
Business outcomes of programs delivered
Alignment with legal / Compliance requirements In region / country, with "GOOD" rating on all audits


+ Graduate; MBA preferred
+ Commercial experience ( +10 years )
+ Successful track record of leading country implementations
+ Operational business and process planning ( minimum 5 years )
+ Familiarity with Business Technology systems and resources
+ Proven experience of Digital and Marketing tools and processes
+ Experience/ability to work in a matrix structure
+ Proven people development and people leadership skills ( minimum 2 years )
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; has the ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
+ Local understanding of the business
