What You'll Do

As an Offer Lifecycle Business Analyst, you will:

  • Provide operational and analytical support to the Offer Lifecycle Business Operations Managers.
  • Ensure operational readiness is achieved for new offers being enabled in the market
  • Tackle meaningful situations in definition/validation of end to end operational processes
  • Collaborate with multi-functional partner teams in solution design and process definition
  • Produce Communications using power point & email tailored to different audience (Stakeholders, Senior management, Team, X-functional partners)
  • Deliver a positive impact to the Offers by driving metrics analysis, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the various Program leads/members within the team to actively exchange information, decisions and conduct interlock sessions to ensure dependencies and overlaps are addressed

Who You'll Work With

Offer Lifecycle Enablement Operations Managers to drive precise integration and operationalization of cutting edge new business models and acquisitions in Enterprise Networking, Internet of Things and CiscoONE software areas whilst ensuring a consistent customer and partner experience. You will influence the execution design to ensure we are accelerating Cisco’s ability to go-to-market with the offerings while achieving operational simplification and standardization

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a technical or business related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands on analyst experience in a highly cross functional environment
  • Have an interest in learning the Business fundamentals.
  • Confirmed experience working across functional groups.
  • Be high energy, highly motivated, and a self-starter
  • Possess an ability to work with multiple leadership styles, and be effective in ambiguous and unstructured situations
  • Work independently and be a quick learner, able to move fast and adapt to changing pace
  • Possess Excellent Written and Verbal interpersonal skills

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of Cisco’s Business Processes, Functional & Operations Processes
  • Positive attitude is a requirement, excellent sense of humor encouraged
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, MS – suite of products
