Job Description

Provides administrative support for the Program Director and office managers. Provide administrative and clerical support to First Home Care employees to meet the objectives of the program.  

Manages day-to-day operations including coordinating schedules; managing materials, coordinating financial needs, request, and reviews; developing time management techniques;  maintaining up to date technology and supporting foster care. Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Program Services Manager and staff as directed.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred: Associates Degree

Experience:

  • Five plus years of office management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite
