Description:

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Entering new sales in the New Business System 
  • Processing broker commission payments
  • Monitoring cases for upcoming first payments
  • Monitoring and managing assigned pending cases
  • Performing good order review of required forms and documents
  • Drafting contracts
  • Recommending service and workflow improvements
  • Maintaining department Service Level Agreements
  • Maintaining department production and quality standards
  • Assisting the Support Team when needed
  • Assisting the Post Issue Team when needed

  • Bachelor's Degree required or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience; structured settlements knowledge considered a strong plus.
  • Customer Focused - understands the importance of maintaining our customer base
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and provide timely results
  • Team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office- (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Based on work volumes and available resources, after hours coverage may be required
