Job Details

The Patient Experience & Service Manager will co-create initiatives with customers, cross functional team colleagues and local Pfizer teams to support an improved patient experience for individuals being treated with our medicines.

They will be responsible for delivering key initiatives on-time, in budget and meeting the requirements of customer stakeholders and Pfizer Oncology for improved patient outcomes. **Supports the Patient Experience & Service Lead to create service strategies for our brands**

+ Understands pain points and needs of customers / patients

+ Identifies potential for competitive advantage of additional services

+ Ensures strategic fit of potential services and solutions

+ Aligns with marketing on consistent commercial strategy - within and above brands

+ Involves and coordinates all functions related to services

**Develops and implements service solutions for allocated brands**

+ Works closely with Key Tier 1 centres and internal stakeholders to understand needs of patients in those key centres

+ Provides internal expertise to present our capabilities at key academic centres

+ Identifies critical success factors to support successful execution within Pfizer and the Hospital.

+ Ensures all those involved in delivering the patient experience/service approach is fully trained to do so.

**Acts as go-to-person for all service-related topics for brand**

+ Oversees service solutions and roll-out opportunities

+ Supports the development of high-level service reports to share wider with the organisation

+ On boards SAMs and HSRs on Pfizer's 'service approach

+ Provides best-practice sharing across organisation

+ Supports with initial compliance assessment for service ideas

**Compliance Management and Integrity**

+ Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Medical colleagues to ensure that programmes are compliant

+ Ensure that all Oncology business activities are linked to Core Priorities in order to achieve revenue and expenditure targets

+ Identify business opportunities with Regional Commercial Directors and Sales Managers based on observations from across the Oncology

+ Attend Regional LT meetings and actively input into the RLT agendas

**People development**

+ Demonstrates a strong ability to lead without authority

+ Holds colleagues and customers accountable for their commitments

This position holds a UK Grade 13
