Job Details

**Role Purpose:**

+ To be accountable for the Months of Therapy Performance for agreed product portfolio in Tier 1 accounts.

+ To create an environment that ensures maximum access, uptake and enhanced patient experience of Pfizer oncology products in the UK in Tier 1 accounts.

+ To work as part of a DLT to ensure robust business plans are written in Pforce Rx, and executed in the field and to direct the deployment of Pfizer resources within Tier 1 accounts.

+ To develop & manage medical, marketing and LT relationships with key international, national and regionally recognised experts within Tier 1 accounts.

+ To work with local NHS Networks and their local health economies to develop and implement business plans to secure funding and service provision for the usage of Pfizer Oncology products. Examples would include, NHS Health Boards, Strategic Clinical Networks, Clinical Senates, National and local CDF influencers, Area Teams, Academic Health Science Networks and Cancer Vanguard sites.

+ To position Pfizer as partner of choice in cancer service improvement and patient experience initiatives, seeking out, securing and delivering collaborative programmes together.

+ To provide Patient Experience Managers with the insight to develop initiatives to improve the patient experience of Pfizer oncology medicines in Tier 1 accounts that are implementable elsewhere.

+ To deliver patient experience service for Pfizer products in Tier 1 accounts.

+ To support HSR/local colleagues in the use of Pforce RX

+ To support and train HSR/SM to deliver SAM resources and tools and patient support service in non-Tier 1 accounts.

**Key Accountabilities**

International/National/Regionally recognised experts-

Development and Management

Identify and map key customers with decision-making and influencing power.

Build relationships with key customers to generate the desire to use Pfizer Oncology products.

Ensure all key customers are exposed to the clinical benefits of Pfizer oncology products.

Effectively introduce key Pfizer personnel to satisfy customer needs.

Identify and create development plans for key customers.

Manager the interaction between I/N/R recognised customers and Pfizer medical and marketing, UK LT, regional and global colleagues

To develop an SLA with Senior I/N/R recognised customers.

100% awareness of the benefits of treatment with

Pfizer Oncology products amongst key customers

Key stakeholders mapped with contact plan and objectives.

Peer to peer engagement and initiatives delivered.

Feedback from customers.

Expert interaction with Pfizer colleagues.

**Account Management**

Develop, Implement, Monitor & Evolve the Account Business Plan using Pforce Rx for Tier 1 accounts.

The Account Plan should reflect Pfizer's 1-3 year business objectives and be a living document.

Identify any other resource required to execute the plan or address customer needs.

Conduct quarterly business reviews against the plan, making necessary adjustments. Key areas for review will be account resource deployment, investments, patient months of therapy and progress of collaborative programmes e.g. enhanced patient experience.

Evidence of plan review and adjustment in activity plans.

Engagement with customers by colleagues from medical, marking, LT, region and global.

**Managed entry of Pfizer Oncology products into the NHS**

Identify and map key Network, commissioning, and information influencers important in ensuring patient access to at launch.

Ensure Tier 1 accounts have business plans to ensure funding for the use of oncology products and any associated service delivery at launch and beyond.

Ensure all networks and associated Trusts have appropriate treatment protocols and formulary inclusions in place for the use of oncology products at launch and beyond

Quality and acceptance of service delivery business case for new products.

Progress vs. service delivery plans.

**Resource Management**

To manage Pfizer resources allocated to the Tier 1 accounts both financial and colleague liaison.

To lead the introduction of MLS, Marketing, and field force colleagues to drive increases in patient months of therapy.

To lead the implementation of managed entry materials and programmes to enhance the patient experience.

Development and implementation of commercially focused projects to support NHS needs and improve the service and patient experience of our products.

Effectiveness of resource deployment against plans (projects, and XFT team activities)

**Teamwork and Communication**

Work closely with Marketing; Medical; FF; SMs to align activities and share expertise

Ensure all internal stakeholders receive regular business updates and to input to central planning

Quality of input to cross functional team

Quality of communication with team

Feedback from Sales Managers (SMs) and HSRs on alignment across key accounts

Quality of business reports and reviews with cross functional team

**Experience, Knowledge, Skills:**

+ Successful Account Management experience in any industry would be an advantage

+ Sales, Marketing or Customer Management experience in Pharmaceuticals or associated Health Care industry
