**POSITION SUMMARY**







+ Drive the growth of the Oncology portfolio at country level



+ Ensures the identification, design and execution/roll-out of payers initiatives aligned with business unit strategy and priorities



+ Define a patient centric value proposition per account



+ Contribute to promote Pfizer Oncology notoriety towards external institutions/stakeholders







**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Optimise growth and performance of the Oncology portfolio by executing on country plans and looking for new opportunities to realize growth



+ Maximize initiatives through rigorous investment management



+ Ensure that financial management within the BU is in accordance with Pfizer's financial reporting and high standards of Compliance to norms, policies and procedures



+ Ensure best-in-class execution of business strategy in alignment with relevant internal functions



+ Active member of X-functional customer facing team



+ Optimize access for Oncology products through excellent life cycle stakeholder management and development of patient centric value propositions customized per account



+ Align and work closely with Commercial Teams to ensure execution of strategies and to input to the OP/Strategic plan



+ Built a global stakeholder approach, define a commercial strategy and focus on customer relationship/management in order to maximize portfolio management and/or life cycle results an contribute to promote Pfizer Oncology notoriety towards external institutions/stakeholders







**EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND TeCHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT**







+ University degree- **required**



+ Experience in hospital management- **required**



+ Preferable previous healthcare stakeholder management experience



+ Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical environment



+ Provides appropriate level of support to market access activities, as defined by Oncology Country Lead



+ Strong analitical capabilities and strategic thinking



+ Ability to operate as Pfizer's ambassador with customers, professional bodies



+ Ability to manage complexity (across brands, functions)



+ Experience and ability to work with high performing x-functional teams



+ Proven capabilities of internal and external networking



+ Upholding values/adhering to standards and role modelling



+ Fluency in local language and in English
