Job Description

  • Organize and manage the OP BDR team in order to deliver the sales KPIs and the execution guideline for On Premise customers in the area he or she is responsible for;
  • Efficiently manage the OP budget in order to increase the channel profitability

Principal Accountabilities

Deliver sales and profitability KPIs
  • Coordinate and organize the sales OP team in order to deliver the business plan for OP (AOP)
  • Manage the OP investment budget in order to secure and develop the OP PepsiCo share in OP market and deliver the annual profitability objectives
  • Identify the business development opportunities and recommends/ execute the necessary actions to
  • Assure a high level of customer service
  • Annalise the KPIs performance and propose action plans to revert negative trends
  • Negotiate good terms and PepsiCo counterparts with all clients for the allocated area
  • Responsible for delivering the targets for all Key Performance Indicators
  • Sales forecasting
  • Supervise

Team management
  • Manage the headcount of the OP team
  • Reduces the turnover
  • Coordinate the recruting processes for the vacant BDR positions
  • Maintain at a higher standard the motivation of his/ her team (office and field coaching, positive attitude and transparent communication)
  • Develop the department structure and his/ her team business competence
  • Sets/ communicates clear responsibilities for each member of his/ her team
  • Evaluates the team performance and offers accurate/ on time feedback
  • Manage the poor performance and find solutions to solve disciplinary issues
  • Collaborates with HR department in order to assure the implementation of PepsiCo.
  • Organize and coordinates the team training agenda
  • Respects and applies the internal developmental tools: Performance Management Process (PDR, CDAP, PPP)
  • Implements the Territory University program

Building internal multi-functional alignment to achieve specific objectives
  • Communicates to the sales team specific OP objectives and offers support for reaching them;
  • Develops an efficient execution monitoring system for the On Premise customers
  • Efficiently collaborates with:
  • OP KAM team and OP analysts
  • Sales field execution beverages team to drive perfect execution of the On Premise programs and contracts counterparts
  • Trade Marketing team for the development of OP dedicated programs, as well as for implementing specific programs per client;
  • Governance department in order to secure the budget within AOP limit

  • The right to represent the company and sign documents in the name of the company for third parties will be exercised only with the authorization of the company board; the managers will inform their subordinates about the limitations of their authorization;
  • Keeps the data and the information about the company confidential;
  • The job holder acknowledges and respects the following normative acts:

    • The health and safety regulation nr. 319/2006;
    • HG 1425/2006 which approves methodological norms of appliance of the health and safety regulation nr. 319/2006;
  • The H&S Legislation applicable to the specific work place;
  • The fire defense regulation nr. 307/2006;
  • Regulation nr. 163/2007 for the approval of the General norms of protection against fires;
  • Civil protection act nr. 481/2004;
    • The environment protection norms applicable in the organization;
    • The PepsiCo standards, with procedures in the SMI, ISO, HACCP, SMM manuals and the national regulation;
  • The Individual Labor Contract, the enclosures of the contract and also of the job description;
  • The internal order regulation of the company (ROI), COC and the company values;
  • Carries out other tasks as well, at the request of the supervisor/other superiors, and also tasks required by applicable regulations related to the job assignments.


Job Requirements: (Detail knowledge, skills and experience required)

  • Professional experience: at least 3 years Sales experience with minimum 1 year in a managerial positions
  • Studies: university degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced PC knowledge;
  • Driving licence B cateogory without prior incidents.
