Job Description

The Clinical Manager of Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the outpatient clinic; ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives.  Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered in the outpatient program, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a clinical treatment programs.::

Job Requirements

Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; Masters Degree preferred. 

Experience:  Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice

License: Appropriate state licensure in mental health.

Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of JCAHO, HCFA, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
