The Operations Associate will play an integral role in developing and growing the Developed Asia Cluster/Korea Oncology BG platform and its people. The role works collaboratively with the Cluster lead, to ensure operation initiatives are executed, monitored and that the deliverables are in alignment with the Cluster/Korea priorities. Through active leadership in a matrix environment he/she will drive Oncology specific project management work to ensure business goals, objectives and growth projections are achieved.


This position reports to the Developed Asia Cluster Lead, Oncology and work closely with the Cluster/Korea leadership teams.


+ Provide executive supports to the Developed Asia Cluster Lead

+ Direct and provide comprehensive operational supports to the Developed Asia Cluster/ Korea

+ Business Analysis including Cluster revenue/SI&A report consolidation/analysis, Cluster KPI analysis and market environment scanning

+ Coordinate and drive operational improvement plans, monitor, report on progress and develop, refine business system improvement opportunities

+ Lead development and facilitation of effective team meetings including Cluster meetings, Business review, KPI meetings, Global/regional visits and BU-wide meetings/events

+ Project Manage and oversee specific tasks or initiatives for Oncology business

+ Co-ordinate presentation review for the Culture Index beyond Pfizer benchmark comparison (Pfizer Voice)

+ Lead development of Oncology Internal communication

+ Champion engagement and culture building for Oncology Korea working in partnership with the Business unit lead

+ Build strong working relationships with Oncology teams and cross functional partners

+ Alert the Custer lead and team people on red flag and priority issues in a timely manner


+ Bachelor degree or above

+ Knowledge and experience in business principles and pharmaceutical business environment

+ Minimum 3 years of experiences in the Pharmaceutical industry or the related industries

+ Fluency in spoken and written English

+ Excellent communication skills
