Job Description

Work with a multi-Geo team of seasoned program managers and engineers to innovate and deliver cutting edge hardware products and software features targeting the worldwide service provider market.

Work with product management to define and prioritize product and feature roadmaps.

Mentor and groom operation talent.

Lead cross-functional leaders across Hardware, Software, Marketing, Manufacturing, Support, Documentation, etc. to design, build and deliver best in class products and solutions. Facilitate decision making through cross-team collaboration and communication through status reports, project metrics and executive reporting.

Responsible to ensure that the projects follow the established process and procedures.

Accountable and ownership for the project outcomes within the constraints of cost, schedule and quality.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering. Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus.

Experience: Over 15 years of work experience and within that 5+ years of hands on Project Management and Budget Management experience.

Looking for strong leadership, negotiation and influencing skills and experience in managing project teams. Must be self-motivated and result oriented with an ability to work effectively and harmoniously in large teams across geographies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required. Proven track record in driving organizational initiatives. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Well versed in various software development life cycle models (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, etc.); hardware development life cycle experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 and TL9K standards.
