Description: Analyzes and interprets data for Wal-Mart International Cross-Border eCommerce by reviewing and synthesizing operations, marketing, and merchandising data across multiple databases and data sources; building ad hoc reports and ensuring data accuracy; analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and anomalies in data; providing data insights in support of strategic business objectives; translating results into actionable insights; and providing recommendations on information gathered to develop action plans. Supports item setup and order management initiatives across different global eCommerce platforms and develops recommendations around automating data exchanges across different internal and external systems by process mapping data attributes required for item setup or order management across different ecommerce platforms; evaluating suitability and feasibility of different internal and external APIs to facilitate data exchanges; identifying creative solutions to automate manual process for development pilots; and ensuring accuracy of the compliance data file. Manages global operations and technology analytics projects for Wal-Mart International Cross-Border eCommerce by collaborating with crossfunctional partners (Asia, LATAM, EI and North America) to determine technology integration needs; determining needed data based on business requests; consolidating data gathered from multiple sources; performing analyses utilizing advanced software and techniques (for example, dynamic structured query language (SQL), mathematical modeling); synthesizing data in the creation of actionable customer insights; supporting product and supply-chain team members in structuring different data science models related to operations science or business intelligence; and translating i nformation into recommendations. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on i mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
