The Partner Support Team is responsible for servicing Financial Services business partners within an end-to-end service model, ensuring all areas are meeting service levels,  investigating and resolving system and process issues, as well as being the central point of contact for communications across Financial Services partners.

 

This promising role offers the opportunity to be an internal point of contact for intake, tracking and resolution of operational issues affecting client satisfaction, operating efficiency or effectiveness.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming questions and service requests from internal business partners to define appropriate course of action for resolution
  • When needed log and track requests or send back to the unit subject matter expert to work
  • Coordinate solutions and end to end operational impact reviews
  • Support the standard product exceptions process and new product development efforts in conjunction with the product team
  • Analyze and report regularly on issues and root cause trends
  • Update templates and core systems as needed to support solutions
  • Suggest and create new policies and procedures to increase organizational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years with Consumer Driven Health (CDH) experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience resolving customer problems (internal business partners)
  • Intermediate skill level of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Access
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in "help-desk" type issue tracking and resolution
  • Finance industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Adaptive to changing situations
  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
