**ROLE SUMMARY**



The Digital Solutions & Emerging Technologies Operations Associate will provide systems support for critical platforms, services and\\or projects to enable sales and marketing functions within Pfizer. The Associate will be responsible for performing operations data analysis, creating operational reports, documenting support procedures and\\or requirements and contributing to operational and project-related efforts as assigned. They will also be responsible for creation of communications materials (documents, presentation materials, etc.) in support of project and\\or operational efforts.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Understand and execute systems operations and support processes within Pfizer and Pfizer BT



+ Assist with creation of procedural and\\or requirements documentation



+ Identify and address issues to support leads and\\or project work stream leads



+ Analyze and summarize operational data, identifying trends or areas for improvement



+ Work with business users to answer queries and\\or document unmet needs



+ Contributes to the completion of project tasks, and organizing work to meet project task deadlines



+ Gather, analyze, document and communicate business and technical requirements



+ Perform business process mapping and analysis



+ Document and transfer knowledge to others as needed







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ 0-1 year experience in a systems related discipline



+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)



+ BA or BS degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a data science, computer science, software development or engineering related discipline







+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills



+ Highly developed sense of responsibility and discretion



+ Proven ability to manage tasks to completion



+ Ability to work comfortably as a member of a team, interacting with mid-level colleagues



+ Willingness to contribute fresh and innovative ideas



+ Technical aptitude



+ Change agile; must take action on projects quickly



+ Seizes accountability/self-starter



+ Quickly learns new skills and knowledge readily



+ Team oriented



+ Excellent oral and written communication skills



+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

+ Pfizer experience preferred



+ Programming language exposure is a plus



+ Basic skills in at least one information technology related discipline, such as software development, business analysis, project management, information science, bioinformatics, or other fields







**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**







Business Technology is a 7x24x365 endeavor. This role may require physical or virtual participation with team members in other offices and\\or regions on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours.







Minimal travel may be required
