ESSENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work as a member of the Client Talent leadership team to provide information and insights to help manage the operation to meet agreed target KPIs (Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, and Candidate & Stakeholder Surveys)
  • Work directly with TA leaders and vendors to highlight performance across the function to monitor and quickly identify low performing areas, determine root cause(s) and work with TA leader(s), vendor(s), colleagues and stakeholders to remedy
  • Oversee implementation of new recruiting practices, processes and initiatives across the TA function
  • Monitors usage and compliance of agreed processes and methods
  • Monitors ROI for 3rd party tools and technologies and works with leaders to optimize investment
  • Leverages best practices across the function and drives continuous improvement
  • Partners with leaders and stakeholders related to concerns around profile, applicant flow or other issues in the process.
  • Maintains strong partnerships through open and consistent communication which includes sharing all pertinent information in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Responsible for constant communication, written and verbal with both Clients and partners to ensure effective balance of team capacity and recommend talent movement or other interventions to address shortage/overage situations.
  • Collaborates on communication of any changes in strategy with any and all impacted partners
  • Maintains external benchmark data against peer and world-class organizations as it relates to staffing trends, metrics and tools

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 7+ years of experience within an HCM organization
  • Ability to travel up to 30%



Preference will be given to candidates with below skills

  • Masters Degree
  • Prior PEO/ HRO experience
  • Key communications to all business leaders.
  • Positively positioning staffing with internal clients
  • Proactive communication to TA partners and BU updates and changes as it relates to TA
  • Deep understanding of the business unit(s) supported
  • BU recruiting strategies and programs
  • Changes in recruiting processes
  • Sourcing strategies for key initiatives
  • Resource liaison/broker based on stakeholder needs
