The Talent Acquisition team at Prudential is looking for a Contract Resource/Project Manager to manage a large scale project, including the process analysis, design or redesign of multiple, integrated work flows all while ensuring the system is customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient.  The ideal candidate will be able to develop a cohesive set of solutions in complex, unstructured environments.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

     Collaborate and consult with business partners and technology teams to strategize, research, analyze, develop, document, implement and execute a large scale project.


     Act as the liaison and working collaboratively with various teams including business partners and stakeholders, subject matter experts, change management, external vendors and 3rd party supplier to ensure a seamless customer experience.


                  Participate in all aspects of this large-scale project:

o    Define the current and desired future states.

o    Gather business requirements.

o    Identify and proactively manage project risks.

o    Develop and manage the project plan, logging and tracking issues, and resolving or escalating as appropriate.

o    Provide status reports to key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • 5 years or professional corporate experience managing large scale processes and projects

  • 2 years working with Human Resources or Recruiting systems

  • Possess broad knowledge of recruiting function and process in a large compliance driven corporate environment

  • Strong project management skills. PMP a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various teams and analyze complex conditions

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and offer solutions

  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills to be able to influence multiple levels of stakeholders and present to a large audience
