The Cisco Meraki team is made up of the best and brightest. We see someone who enjoys working with sharp individuals in a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment. Our Operations team handles the processing and delivery of Meraki products to customers around the world. As an Order Administrator, you will work with our sales teams, customers and other departments within the company, to review and process incoming purchase orders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing – ensuring daily quotas are met; validating information from the customer to confirm all requirements are met; escalating or expediting orders as required by customers
  • Customer service/support – handling inquiries from internal and external parties regarding operation policies and procedures via email, phone, chats and in-person
  • Other miscellaneous tasks that may be required of the role (running reports, monitoring order flow, etc.)

 

Requirements:


Work and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. No exceptions.
  • 1+ years experience, minimum, as an Order Admin/Data Entry Admin, Customer Service Representative, or similar Operations or Customer Service experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent organisational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is desirable
