Description

The essential responsibilities of the Production Lead are overseeing a particular area within the production environment, while also helping the supervisor manage the production floor.   Primary daily activities will be their particular area of focus while helping to manage the day to day production operation.  Production Lead will be responsible for carrying out the directives of the DDS Supervisor or Operations Manager at any time, carry out leadership duties, communicate with customers (Lenders) to keep them  informed of updates and manage other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the production activities and help employees achieve individual productivity goals, while at the same time meeting or exceeding DDS production goals.
  • Manages multiple tasks at one time and work according to criticality and prioritization to meet departmental and client SLA requirements.
  • Identifies and resolve file processing issues.
  • Trains, mentors and provides guidance and assistance to staff in order to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with peers to manage resources and enhance work processes to meet overall service levels to internal and external customers.
  • Performs other tasks and activities as required to support company and departmental objectives

Qualifications

  • Must be able to communicate with customers or DDS staff on the phone or in person.
  • Knowledge of all DDS operational procedures.
  • Must be able to have a flexible work schedule, work holidays and be on call if needed.
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision.
  • Knowledge of pre-scan, scan, validation, archive, returns, and related customer service functions.
  • Must pass all company required pre-employment applications and screenings.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent required
  • 6 months general production or comparable employment experience.
