Job Description

 

The WW Enterprise Networking Sales Team is seeking an Operations Support Manager to work across the Architecture and the Strategy Planning Operations (SPO) teams. The Operations Support Manager position for this organization will be focused long term on several areas:

 

·       Managing the planning, creation, and delivery of all on-demand, virtual and on-location SE enablement offerings

·       Organizing the rollout and measuring the impact of customer facing events such as webinars and test drives

·       Leading in the development of tools focused on creating a SE community culture and providing our internal individual contributor and leadership stakeholders with relevant data

·       Supporting EN Tiger Team and Field Champion Team activities in terms of scheduling, coordinating and overseeing meetings; both virtual and live

·     Partnering with the SPO team to consolidate and automate reporting and feed data into the overall WW EN Dashboard

·     Align with other teams within our org through SPO to drive the adoption of best practices, connect people to the appropriate resources and to ensure the rollout of repeatable and proven models

Enabling the SE community to Discover, Design, Demo and Defend and developing the relevant tools, processes and expertise are essential elements of improving operational efficiency and accelerating sales. The Operations Support Manager will plan, oversee, document and at times lead all SE enablement specific projects to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

           

Who You Are

 

·       5+ years sales and business/IT operations

·       Strong Smart Sheet, Excel and other data analysis tools skills

·       Ability to master new software programs such as Folloze, Tableau, SFDC and SalesConnect quickly

·       Ability to work across multiple stakeholder teams worldwide

·       Familiar with internal Cisco enterprise data systems and processes used for communicating information and providing relevant data

·       Familiar with Cisco's Hardware, Software and Services portfolio

·       Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and is extremely comfortable with ambiguity

·       ‘Get it done’ attitude

·       Strong communication skills

·       Excited about being part of Cisco’s transformation as a software and solutions company
