Job summary:
Under limited supervision, the Team Lead is the subject matter expert and first line of contact for management, internal/external customers and team members.   The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring the daily activities in coordination with the Supervisor to ensure quality and client service level agreements are met
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Team Leads will provide back-up support and training for their team.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of  processes
  • Implement client specific processes
  • Communicate process changes to team; 
  • Review error tracking reports for trends;
  • Perform and track inspections to ensure compliance;
  • Notify management  on issues and problems requiring immediate attention and provide recommendations for resolution;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to new Quality Inspectors
  • Assist the supervisor in assigning and monitoring the team’s daily production. 
  • Team Lead may perform the duties as and/or of any of their Quality Inspectors team members.
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years’ experience in a customer service support position
  • Attention to detail, while doing data collection and analysis 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills and improve upon current skills
  • High degree of efficiency and motivation in work habits in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Teamwork
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (i.e. MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
  • Data entry skills required; ability to type 35wpm or greater at 99.6% accuracy
  • Phone skills required
  • Written communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of internal software preferred
  • Previous leadership and coaching skills preferred
  • DMV experience in vehicle titling and or vehicle registration preferred
  • Knowledge of state requirements for automotive titling preferred

Qualifications

Workplace Environment:
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive inspection work
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens that may lead to eyestrain
  • Variable shifts for Day and Evening and Part Time and Full Time which can include Saturdays
  • Ability to lift or push up to 35lbs
