Job Description

Role:

To execute North East Africa's Organization Development & Learning agenda in the assigned region for Staff & Front Line and ensure quality intent realization, timely and accurate submission of all periodic reports.

Accountabilities:

- Drive the execution of the Non-management (Staff & Font Line) Performance Management processes (3 phases) for the assigned region.
- Lead the Performance Management processes audit cycles for each phase.
- Conduct the Front Line onboarding program (Ahlan) for all new hires.
- Deliver the Front Line training agenda as per the set plan.
- Rollout North East Africas Values & Code Of Conduct campaigns in the assigned region as per the set timelines.
- Manage the preparation of the Operations Academy in terms of handling all logistics, invitations, booking etc.
- Assist the North East Africa team in conducting the Organization Health surveys at the assigned locations.
- Assist the Activation Manager in reporting function progress updates via submitting accurate and timely reports of all activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database for the non-management population.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to collect all needed data and finalize all logistics before the start of each activity.
- Provide advice/details on all queries related to Organization Development activities to all stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills:

1. 1-3 years of experience in the HR field.
2. Very good command of English language
3. Bachelor degree
4. Strong drive for results
5. Very good project management skills (planning & reporting)
6. Very good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
7. Very good facilitation skills
