Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Junior Trade marketing specialist for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Italy, in Milan.

Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (PCH) is among the largest over-the-counter (OTC) health care companies in the world with a global footprint in more than 90 countries, and leading brands such us Multicentrum, Polase, Thermacare and Be-Total. PCH develops, manufactures and markets leading non-prescription medicines, vitamins, cosmetics and medical device products.


The OT & New channels Trade marketing manager will report directly to the Trade marketing & Business intelligence Manager. The candidate will collaborate with the trade marketing & business intelligence teams on developing and managing new strategies and leading execution on the Italian market to support all the PCH portfolio products especially in OT & new channels.

The OT & New channels Trade marketing manager will manage in autonomy all strategic and operative activities on the study, launch and management of trade marketing projects, collaborating first of all with the OT & Wholesales National Key Account, then with local marketing and with Regulatory and Scientific departments, to ensure the business objective achievement and meet market satisfaction for the pos project in charge.

**Main Responsibilities**

Interacting with NKAs team to develop and present trade marketing action plans for each client, defining POP programs, developing activities and materials that could better support products in the different point of sale.

Planning and executing BTL programs (point of sale materials and in store activity, ie promo, visibility, merchandising) to support products and meet business objectives.

Owning and leading trade marketing activities (brief to the agency, follow the production, managing), collaborating with marketing to respect brands priorities.

Defining and leading qualitative/quantitative market researches, especially shopper research for all the different channels (OT, chains, Pharamcies).

Defining a category management strategy especially for all the OT clients.

Analyzing and measuring activities performance (sell-in/sell-out).

Setting POP materials forecasts in collaboration with Demand department and Supply Chain, for a correct stock management.

Collaborating with Regulatory and Quality departments for all the regulatory aspects of the produced materials.


Degree in Economics, marketing or communication or a related discipline preferably

Excellent spoken and written English

Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word)

Minimum 3 years of professional business experience in Trade marketing / Sales / Marketing, preferably within a multinational Company (Pharmaceutical Consumer or FMCG)

Strong team working and organizational skills

Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage and lead multiple projects in autonomy, excellent communication and problem solving skills

Determination, positive and constructive attitude and enthusiasm are key elements to succeed in this role

A strong commitment to high quality job, Pfizer ethical procedures, integrity and confidentiality is mandatory


European Work Permit Necessary.

No Relocation Package.

Full Professional Proficiency Italian.
