RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support OTI IR and OTI Team lead. Identifies and resolves systemic or broad client impacting issues related to Billing, Order Entry, and Roll Call
  • Audits to identify scope of problems. Solution to resolve problem. Follow through, assessment of solution effectiveness. Projects, Systemic solution research, in-depth technical research, support for root cause analysis and cause eradication. Test, vet, and roll out process changes. Work closely with OTI IR and Learning Specialist Lead to design solutions based on trends in issues, errors, escalations, etc.
  • Perform data analysis to identify systemic issues. Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain stats and record issues to help develop a trend analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Shared Services
  • Define requirements for solutions and help to drive testing, analysis and implementation of process changes
  • Assist during production peaks. Confirm compliance to ADP's standard operating procedures and processes to meet production and client requirements and SLAs
  • Collaborate with FSM to identify enhancement requests or system issues and stays abreast of system updates.
  • Perform exception processing support for the Shared Svc teams
  • Assist with the transfer of knowledge or dissemination of policy and procedure changes to assist the OTI Specialist or OTI IR with gaining proficiency
  • Lead/Assist with Order Entry and Billing special projects
  • Conducts research, and works closely with the team to help create Root Cause Analysis (RCA Documentation) that can be presented directly to our internal clients, and monitor success of resolution.
  • Demonstrate accountability, compliance, and adherence to quality standards, ADP policies, SAS70 and confidentiality.
  • Build relationships of trust, respect, and partnership by providing World Class Service to our external clients and our internal production and support teams.
  • Work directly with OTI team leadership and external clients to resolve areas of dissatisfaction and prevent further occurrences
  • Develop and maintain research and resolution knowledge via the continued knowledge gain using TMS curriculum as well as seeking out subject matter expertise
  • Identify and escalate non compliance with accounting and rollcall /sales policy to management.
  • Must be able to influence tasks and deliverables for team members without direct reporting relationship.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • High school diploma. College degree preferred or equivalent experience and education.
  • ADP Order to Invoice experience or the equivalent in the areas of: Problem Solving, Order Entry, Billing, Issue resolution, Roll Call or other relevant work experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Project Management, Reporting, or Analytics experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills with Excel
  • Experience mentoring and/or training others
  • Comfortable with public speaking, presenting information and training, either in person, or via Live Meeting or conference call
