Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted growth, retention, and enrollment expectations within assigned service area
  • Communicate effectively and verbally, via email and through presentations to centers of influence about the Dual Special Needs Plan?s features and benefits
  • Actively source for ways to partner with community organizations and provide the resources UHC offers to those that qualify
  • Navigate, operate and maintain required event and lead management systems: ERA, bConnect, DOCK and SMRT
  • Develop and support community events in partnership with community based organizations to create opportunity for our sales agents to engage, educate and enroll dual eligibles in UnitedHealthcare's DSNP plan
  • Manage and track leads and data pertaining to registered events and production
  • Communicate effectively with agents regarding the management of scheduled events
  • Assists CSR Manager in preparing documents for plan reporting and provides analysis on implication of lead generation and other data
  • Consistently and effectively communicate with CSR Manager on daily activities, updates on service area's business conditions, new event and partner development, compliance concerns and any other business developments
  • Operate at a high level of independence and remain in contact with CSR Manager
  • Monitor and assessing performance of enrollment goals, events production, and community relationships to make improvements or take corrective action
  • Adhere to the current CMS Marketing Guidelines
  • Meet and / or exceed department service standards
  • Portfolio Certification with UnitedHealthcare Medicare products
  • Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others
  • Ability to work flexible hours for events as needed
  • Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
