Positions in this function are responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s).


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work independently making outbound calls to patients, nurses, labs, companies and providers.
  • Make 25 - 30 calls a day
  • Confirm patients for appointments
  • Triage calls to other team members
  • Make hospice referrals and well wound care referrals
  • Take inbound calls from the engagement team to schedule initial visits for the clinicians
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Required to travel into the city (New York, NY) up to 25%
  • 1+ years of call center customer service experience
  • The ability to navigate Windows PC applications and utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) in a professional setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience working with the geriatric population
