Primary Responsibilities:

  • Access the County of San Diego’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) System to conduct data entry of confidential client/patient information
  • Serve as a central contact for inpatient, crisis stabilization unit and crisis house bed availability
  • Process and track inpatient authorization requests within the establish turnaround time
  • Distribute appropriate clinical work products to clinicians for processing
  • Manage ongoing updates in Find Resource, the designated database for referrals
  • Scheduler:  generate, disseminate IEX schedules and update internal schedule matrix
  • Record non-routine disclosures in the designated database
  • Download and disseminate monthly satisfaction survey results to leadership team
  • Perform other routine clerical tasks :  scan, facsimile, photocopy, file and/or purge documents
  • Efficiently answer incoming calls and provide courteous service to all customers
  • Operate a variety of standard office machines and computer software
  • Effectively respond to verbal requests and written instructions in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, manager
  • Assistance to ACL clinicians as needed with overall direction from ACL Afterhours Supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
