What You'll Do

Cisco seeks an Partner Account Manager / Partner Business Manager for the Norway Partner Organization sales to help us build and re-inforce our Partner Ecosystem in the Norwegian Market.

This role involves positioning and promoting the Cisco value proposition, working closely with account team in the development and expansion of opportunities and new Partnerships within Vertical Industries as well as well as IT and OT.

Who You Are
You possesse strategic (technical) knowledge, and can succeed in a demanding and rewarding sales environment. The candidate understands the business drivers and changes in the Norwegian market. He/she needs to be able to translate these business drivers into solutions and drive the sales strategy accordingly. The candidate we are looking for must preferably have one or more the following qualities;

-Experience from one or more vertical industries within the Nordics; oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, aquamarine, healthcare or other

-Knowledge to industrial networks / IIoT

-Experience working towards decision makers within the OT Industry

-Business Development Experience

-Good sales and communication skills

-Selfdriven

-Teamplayer

-Able to build and coordinate virtual teams

-Quick learner / technical understanding

 

 

Deliverables

  • Work with Sales and Leadership team to map out the Partner Landscape and create new routes to Market for Cisco in Industrial and IT Companies
  • acts as the KEY contact for Cisco, responsible for maintaining the relationship, building and executing the sales strategy within a set of Partners.
  • Be responsible for and measured against both sales targets and long term development value of the partner relationships.
  • will work to create a seamless partner experience establishing trusted advisor status at a the customer senior level.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and build strong commercial relationships within the Partners by developing key Partner relationships.
• Develop a Cisco Ecosystem Plan, in collaboration with cross functional team members to align with the customer's long term growth and transformational business opportunities.

• Work closely with the Partner and Cisco teams driving regular review meetings around the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services, as well as upgrades of existing installed base.
• Drive and implement the execution of the sales strategy to meet agreed milestones, timescales and to ensure that sales targets (both products and services) are met or exceeded.
• Identify and close concrete business opportunities through new and established Cisco partners.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within the relevant Cisco partners in order to develop mutually beneficial sales campaigns that yield product and service revenues for Cisco.
• Drive the delivery of accurate business metrics across the Cisco team and anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, resource and customer's needs/requirements that could impact the overall revenue target opportunity.
