What you will do:

You will be responsible for deriving & packaging business insights from partner program & incentive analysis as it aligns to program strategy & planning. Your insights will be leveraged to drive strategic decisions for the Global Partner Organization as part of the GPO Strategy, Planning & Programs team. In addition, you will derive, package and communicate business insights on broader strategic projects aligned to Strategy, Planning & Programs.

 

You will complete work with global strategic teams to provide insights & recommendations to assist in the evolutionary planning of Cisco Program strategy.  You will either perform the analysis yourself or work in a team of other analysts. You will create executive-level PowerPoint slides and/or summary decks to communicate your insights to senior leaders throughout the organization. In addition, you will work cross-functionally to validate and test your insights and recommendations. You will often have the opportunity to work on broader strategic cross-functional projects as the need exists giving you broad visibility across the company.

 

Who you will work with:

You will work directly with global programs teams, global partner finance and the various strategy teams to understand the business and derive actionable insights & recommendations to drive the partner organizations strategy. You will engage cross-functionally both in an analytical capacity as well as presenting your results & recommendations. Most of your projects will be working in cross-functional teams.

 

Who you are:

You will have at least 10+ years working in a strategy or partner-facing role that required a large amount of analysis to drive go-to-market decisions in a large global organization.

 

You have knowledge and experience of Cisco’s Partner organization, go-to-market, and program & incentive portfolio.

 

You have experience driving strategic decisions in areas of software, revenue growth, services, or partner programs.

You will have a BS or BA degree in Business or Finance from an accredited university. MBA preferred.

You will have strong analytical and root cause analysis skills with strong skills working in Excel, Access and Tableau.

You will have excellent communications skills with ability to engage various levels across the multiple functional organizations.

You will have strong presentation skills including excellent ability to develop and deliver using Power Point. You must have experience in executive-level messaging.

You are a highly-motivated individual who has the ability to work with large degree of ambiguity and ability to translate complex concepts or policies into easy to understand language.

You will have capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high degree of autonomy.

 

You have strength in working autonomously and have a very strong preference to work in teams.
