Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Partner Integration Analyst with account management and partner onboarding experience to join our Business Operations team in Lake Success, NY

We are looking for a Partner Integration Analyst to provide strong enterprise account management. You will be the primary point person for setting up a new partner and assisting existing partners with LOS conversions in the Dealertrack environment. You will provide technical support and either answer or coordinate escalation in a timely manner. Own escalated issues and ensure a timely response across the organization


Your Role:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of external partners onto the Dealertrack network
  • Connect new partners based on corporate goals
  • Assist existing partners with LOS conversions and manage implementation timelines
  • Track partner deliverables and profiles using SalesForce
  • Support QA and Development teams requiring UAT testing from partners
  • Assemble and coordinate cross functional tams on partner initiatives
  • Coordinate with Network and Infrastructure teams on Partner needs
  • Analyze and resolve problems associated with application systems and diagnose and resolve problems
  • Understand xml structure, firewall rules and SFTP/HTTPS configuration requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams and individual on best practices, internal tools and process improvements to deliver high quality software in short cycles



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 experience, 3 years managing the delivery of information technology implementations
  • Knowledge in xml, database SQL statements, MSMQ, FTP, Firewall policies, HTTPS protocol
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and decision making skills
  • Ability to lead and influence
  • Adaptable team player adept at conflict management with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
