Role & Responsibilities
 • Drive Partner Marketing transformation from legacy marketing tactics to digital, personalized, real-time marketing journey
• Orchestrate Partner marketing strategy and programs execution in Japan – with a clear understanding of the product, solution, services, and channels partners to generate awareness, pipeline and opportunity
• Support Partners to plan and execute their marketing campaigns to contribute to both Cisco’s and Partner’s business growth • Integrate Partner Marketing Plan along with Partner Business Plan working with Partner Account Managers
• Manage Joint Marketing Funds, Virtual Wallets, other available funds with Partners/Distributors to execute awareness and partner revenue marketing programs (To, With and Through Partners’/ Distributor campaigns)
• Influence and represent Partner marketing content requirements to Content Topic teams. Help generate Customer testimonials along with Partners. • Report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements. Share best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of marketing & Industry experience with relevant experience in partner marketing with IT companies (B2B) or similar function in Channel Marketing
• Experience and knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Experience in collaboration with Global and regional, country teams in driving execution • Presentation and Communication skills in presenting to cross functional teams
• Project & Product Management skills with ability to conceptualize & execute Marketing Communications, marketing programs from integrated planning, flawless execution (on deliverables, stated and agreed Business Outcomes, on costs and on time), operations, management and measurement.
• Both Japanese and English fluency required and any Asian language skills is a plus

Desired Skills
• Experience in Partner Relationship management programs and Customer Loyalty/ Partner Loyalty programs
• Campaign Creation / Content Development experience
• Audience Analysis
• Big Data Analysis and Data-led Demand Generation campaigns experience • Knowledge of Cisco Products, Architectures, & Solutions along with IT, Telecom & Industry knowledge • Has worked with Cisco Partners before and has relationships • Revenue Focused and ROI driven campaign experience
• Awareness and use of SFDC or other Partner management tools.
 • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
