<b>What You'll Do</b>

The Customer Partner Services (CPS) organization within Cisco Operations offers operational engagement / advisory of Cisco´s processes and tools to direct customers, channel partners and internal Cisco sales teams, connecting stakeholders across Cisco’s commerce processes from quote to invoice for products/services and software business.

The LATAM Regional Operations team within the Customer and Partner Services (CPS) organization is seeking an exceptional individual to work directly with channel partners and internal stakeholders to provide world class operations management and advisory services. These services will include, but not restricted:

·       Commit Management - ensuring visibility to Sales and CPS leadership around sales commit execution and proactive risk mitigation of impact to commit through Partner´s operational readiness;

·       Cross Functional Lead – ensure Operation´s functions and resources are properly engaged and executing according to Cisco´s Operating Model – and aligned with company short and long term goals. Functional teams may include areas within CPS, Operations, Finance, Sales and Partners;

·       Lead quarterly operational reviews of CPS services to Partner´s stakeholders, with focus on alignment of key business priorities to service owning organizations to optimize end-to-end experience;

·       Drive initiatives within the Partner´s to address opportunities for improvement, increasing their self-sufficiency to work with Cisco tools and processes.

·       Lead and participate in key programs/capabilities rollouts and proactively address adoption issues within Cisco and Partners. This may include systems, policies and processes;

·       And last but not the least drive actions with stakeholders to ensure that the quality of booking and other compliance norms for Cisco are met and maximize revenue attainment for the company.

Responsibilities:

External

·       Create, leverage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned Partners, and within Cisco leadership team, specially in Sales and Supply Chain;

·       Participate in planning sessions and contribute CPS/Operations offerings to support key initiatives for the assigned Partners;

·       Be accountable for CPS offerings that are aligned to Partner business priorities and execute Quarterly Operational Reviews of performance metrics for such offerings with Partner leadership team. Also educate/communicate Partner leaders about positive/negative impacts to Cisco Operations through these performance reviews.

·       Evangelize new offers/commerce capabilities/operational architectures/policy changes being proposed by central teams across product, software, service and solution to Partners stakeholders and represent the voice of the Partner back to Operations program owners (systems, policies and processes)

·       Identifies operational whitespaces/issues that require long term / systemic fix and be accountable for prioritizing and driving to closure such issues by internally collaborating with other operations functions and CPS central capability teams

·       Close engagement with finance/sales stakeholders to drive right quality of booking and compliance norms for the country and to drive revenue maximization for the company

Internal

·       Be responsible of self-development on subjects that are part of Cisco´s Operating Model (policies, processes and systems), as well as other soft skills required to the position (presentation, communication, project management and financial acumen);

·       Be skilled in several tools required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, such as business intelligence systems, data analytics and other tools.

·       Be assertive of Cisco’s Operating Model across CPS, Supply Chain, Finance and other operational teams and be able to explain the value prop of these different organizations to a senior leader within Partners.

·       Collaborate with peers of CPS to discover commonality of operations initiatives and to aggregate them into common themes;

·       Drive prioritization of designated initiatives with internal CPS capability teams and service owners to gain support from the operations functional owners;

·       To collaborate/share best practices with peer practitioners to drive exponential benefit from these initiatives.

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>

The POM (Partner Operations Manager) will continuously engage with key stakeholders in partners and in Cisco to deliver the above mentioned services. It´s important to highlight that this position requires the ability to lead teams towards execution, but also requires hands on attitude to get the job done. The mix of leadership and adaptability skills is a major requirement due to the constant transformation environment that Cisco possesses.

<b>Who You Are</b>

·       Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience (MBA preferred).

·       Project Management certification or experience is a plus.

·       Familiarity with DMAIC methodology is a plus (including having any kind of certification like green belt).

·       Cisco Certification in associate-level is a plus (CCDA, CCNA). Any specialist-level certification is also valued (Business Specialist)

Qualifications and desired skills:

·       Data analytics skills with ability to translate data into business intelligence. High level of proficiency with MS Excel, and other analytics tools.

·       Ability to translate Cisco/Partner priorities in a consultative manner to drive operational excellence.

·       Solution minded to understand root cause and implement necessary changes.

·       Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills. Proven ability to influence and lead outside of organization, across roles and functions with key decision makers.

·       Demonstrated planning and leadership skills.

·       Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment. Demonstrated, take-charge attitude, and able to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.

·       Excellent communication skills at all levels of management -- presentation as well as personal, soft skills; advanced MS PowerPoint skills preferred and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

·       Fluency in Portuguese and English. Relevant knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Experience required:

·       Experience working with senior cross-functional leaders and comfortable engaging in business conversations and translating them into operational requirements/opportunities;

·       Knowledge of E2E operational processes across service categories/offerings and be able to deliver quarterly operational reviews drawing on insights across the performance indicators of these service offerings.

·       Experience on continuous improvement frameworks, such as DMAIC, ITIL and/or Project Management.

·       Experience leading cross-functional and/or global initiatives, systems and processes.

·       Experience on MS Office (Excel, Access and Powerpoint), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce.Com, PEGA), Data Analytics (Business Objects, Tableau), Collaborative tools (Smartsheet, Box).

·       Desirable to have experience with Cisco’s Portfolio of Product, Software, Services and Solutions, as well as Cisco´s go to market strategy.
