Working closely with Cisco’s most influential partners, you’ll drive the strategy and execution for the Partner Route to Engage with the support of all Partner Success Managers in region. You’ll focus on developing & executing GTM strategy for Partners to build adoption practices around Cisco software solutions.  In close alignment with APJ & WW Partner teams, Regional sales and Business unit Subject Matter Expertise, you will lead the execution of regional GTM business plans for the partners to build world class adoption practices to deliver customer value realization, industry-leading renewal rates and adoption-related revenue opportunities.

Who You Are

Do you have a passion for helping partners transform their business models, while positively affecting their bottom line? We have a place for you!

 Ideally, you will bring the following experience:

·       10+ years in the high tech industry recruiting and managing world-class partners

·       A solid understanding of customer success best practices and methodologies

·       Proven software experience and awareness of Cisco solutions (i.e. Security and Services)

·       Collaborate easily with partner executives on go-to-market plans that result in the over achievement of quarterly goals & objectives

·       Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to help partners examine metrics to ensure the utmost customer experience

·       Robust mentoring skills to enable partners drive industry-leading renewal rates and generate new sales opportunities

·       Able to enable scale and monetization through high touch partner programs and digital platforms

·       Bachelor's degree from accredited college or technical institution
