You’ll be joining one of Cisco’s fastest growing teams, Global Virtual Sales and Customer Success (GVS&CS), to drive unprecedented customer satisfaction

with Cisco’s most strategic partners. As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll focus on helping Partners accelerate their adoption practices around Cisco software, security and services.  In close alignment with our Partner Sales teams, Field Sales and Business unit Subject Matter Expertise, you will execute strategic business plans to drive customer value realization, industry-leading renewal rates and adoption-related revenue opportunities.

 Who You Are

Do you have a passion for helping partners transform their business models, while positively affecting their bottom line? We have a place for you!

Ideally, you will bring the following experience:

·       10+ years in the high tech industry recruiting and managing world-class partners

·       A solid understanding of customer success best practices and methodologies

·       Proven software experience and awareness of Cisco solutions (i.e. Security and Services)

·       Collaborate easily with partner executives on go-to-market plans that result in the over achievement of quarterly goals & objectives

·       Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to help partners examine metrics to ensure the utmost customer experience

·       Robust mentoring skills to enable partners drive industry-leading renewal rates and generate new sales opportunities

·       Able to enable scale and monetization through high touch partner programs and digital platforms

·       Bachelor's degree from accredited college or technical institution
