     Sodexo is looking for a Patient Service Manager in Houston, TX

     

    Sodexo is currently seeking a high performing Registered Dietitian/Patient Services Manager 1 to support patient service operation for a high profile and large volume operation within Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, Texas. This level 1 trauma center with 938 licensed beds and an average daily census of 785. This is an entry level position. New Registered Dietitian candidate welcome to !!

     

    The ideal candidate will have: 

    • Registered Dietitian preferred
    • Demonstrate significant strategic leadership skills to drive patient satisfaction and enhance dining experience
    • Extensive experience with with delivering innovative solutions to exceed the expectations of food safety and sanitation standards to meet regulatory compliance
    • Must be organized, hands on, with high emphasis on demonstrated experience providing strong leadership, including supervisor, direction and training, to a diverse team
    • Develop and motivate team to meet program compliance and reach project target dates of completion
    • Focus on food and physical safety and sanitation
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Professional and good communication skills
    • High level of computer literacy
    • Focus on customer service excellence

    Position Summary

    Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
    Key Duties
    - Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.

    - Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.

    - Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.

    - Performs audits and prepares reports

     

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
