What You'll Do

Reporting to the GPO Operations Manager and mentored by a senior payroll analyst/team lead, you will interface with colleagues in Human Resources and Finance to deliver accounts payable and payroll review for a number of LATAM countries for and a few in EMEAR .   

You will be responsible for managing & oversight of outsourced payroll process for a number of countries to include implementation of law/social/tax changes when notified. Other duties will include:

  • Approval of online payments to suppliers and reimbursement of employee expenses
  • Ensuring Compliance
  • Employee support with payroll related tasks
  • articipate and perform monthly auditing, testing and monitoring of process controls
  • Identify and coordinate corrections and remediation with relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain payment schedule for Financial Analysis and planning
  • Single point of contact for the business partners (i.e. - HR and Finance) Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all employee
  • Check & validate payroll related payments to employees, Tax Authorities and Social Security Office 
  • Provide support for monthly reconciliations of all payroll related General Ledger Accounts 
  • Financial Analysis and planning : Coordinate close activities and payroll actuals analysis

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Intermediate level Excel skills including the ability to manipulate data accurately and the ability to create meaningful reports  
  • Experience at working in operational finance or numerate HR activities with 3-5 years prior payroll experience
  • Experience at turning raw data into meaningful reports for different audiences (essential) 
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Desired Skills 
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment (essential) 
  • Good judgment and confidentiality
  • Meets challenging deadlines under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Degree in Finance or Human Resources 
  • Experience in a multinational remuneration environment
  • Further payroll qualifications recognized in the relevant country would be an asset
