Position Summary:

We are looking for a Payroll / AP Coordinator who:

  • Appropriately manages the payroll computer system to ensure a timely processing of payroll on a biweekly basis.
  • Monitors the payroll function for adherence to policies.
  • Prepares Accounts Payable Check requests for invoices received and forward to Regional Accounts Payable after facility approval.
  • Perform statement reconciliations.
  • Maintains integrity of Petty Cash funds and oversees reimbursements.
  • Tracks weekly hours approaching OT and alerts management.

The position will interact with facility CFO, CEO, and all departments at the facility.

 
Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience in a Business Office environment preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years KRONOS experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
