Job Description

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare of MS, a 107-bed acute psychiatric care facility. Licensed by the state of MS, Brentwood is leading provider of quality psychiatric treatment services specializing in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Process bi-weekly payroll for 2 hospitals
   Maintain employee time and attendance records via Kronos
   Processes payroll using Lawson system for approximately 350 employees
   Works closely with Human Resource Director to insure employee records are accurate
   Researches and resolves questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information
Process Accounts Payable for 2 hospitals
   Preparation and data entry of all vendor invoices in McKesson system
   Generates and distributes accounts payable checks bi-weekly or as needed
   Prepares/compiles accrual listing and departmental expenditure report for month end reporting

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, hospital environment preferred
   Kronos and Lawson experience a plus
Minimum of 6 months accounts payable experience
Computer skills / office equipment required (Excel, Word, 10-key, etc.)
Must be self directed; detail oriented; highly organized
Reliable in checking own work to insure accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
