BOS Lead Venezuela, Payroll lead Andean/Venezuela, HR Operations Manager Andean/venezuela, HR Operations Sr Manager Andean/Venezuela, HR BOS Client Facing, departments and colleagues from different business units.



**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**







**Degree:** Degree in management, Industrial Relations or Human Resources







**EXPERIENCE:**



3 years of proven payroll experience managing companies with production plant.







**SPECIFIC** **KNOWLEDGE:**







+ Payroll technical knowledge for Venezuela



+ Office, Excel (a must).



+ Labor Law knowledge, Personnel Management labor laws in the broad sense



+ Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Pharmaceutical Industry desired



+ High English proficiency

+ To lead the development of the Payroll Process Activities.



+ Report, process and control payroll incidences



+ Review and Implement control methods of the Payroll Process for quality purposes



+ Ensure timely payment of payment processes to colleagues from different business units.



+ **Accountings: (10% of time)**



+ To lead the development of the payroll accounting processes and its timely delivery to Finance in order to fully comply with service agreements.



+ **Customer Support: (10% of time)**



+ Encourage timely attention to the requests and concerns of colleagues through different means (mail, telephone, CRM) related to payroll



+ Follow up on service level agreements with different stakeholders

+ Active monitoring of any regulatory and labor law changes.
