**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES / POSITION PURPOSE**







+ Be the Project Leader of Business Development Opportunities by: Identifying, assessing, drafting the design, recommending and leading the initial phases of the projects that contribute to PCH growth mainly via product innovations, commercial innovation, in market channels and M&A.



+ Key Business Opportunity is driving growth on the analgesics portfolio within M&Ps channel, an estimated opportunity of + **55% growth within Analgesics business** .



+ Leading the Innovation Pipeline for a successful completion accounts for a 5YR business contribution **+30% Growth.**



+ Manage the Innovation Process by Leading the initial stages and monitoring the successful completion on the different milestones up to final execution.



+ Contribute to the Portfolio Management via periodic and accurate maintenance of the key information associated to the initiatives.



+ Coordinate Improvement Profitability efforts.







**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR DUTIES**







+ Be the Project Leader of identified business opportunities to ensure they are developed up to the Feasibility stage of the innovation process and giving support on the rest of the milestones up to execution stage.



+ Have a good balance between external and internal focus to better assess potential opportunities mainly on products, commercial executions, channels and M&A.



+ Build effective and efficient collaborations with key local areas (Mkt, Sales, Reg. etc.) and regional/global ones.



+ Contribute to profitability management by clearly understanding the variables, supporting the involved areas and suggesting improvements.



+ Provide business information and consumer insights to the business of PCH.



+ To be a strategic partner with internal clients to develop, investigate and answer key business questions related to the success of Pfizer products in the market.



+ Use effective (primary, secondary, alternate) information sources and analysis to provide objective intelligence about the market performance of our products, customers and competitors.



+ Provide market intelligence in developing the Strategic, Operating and Brand Plans that achieve business goals in short, mid and long term.



+ Provide recommendations for the development of strategies of market/product based on market insights and analysis results.



+ Provide strategic direction on products, markets and consumers to incorporate into marketing plans.



+ Manage the interns supporting the BD & I organization enabling them to contribute to the business and developing their talents.

CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:







+ Marketing / Sales / Strategic Planning at companies OTC / Pharma / Consumption
