Positions in this function include more traditional administrative / clerical support roles.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answering the telephone
  • Typing / word processing of documents
  • Maintaining calendars and setting up meetings
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance
  • At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical / administrative staff
  • Moderate work experience within own function
  • Some work is completed without established procedures
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others
  • Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of computerized data entry experience
  • Ability to create, edit, copy, send, and save documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of outpatient behavioral healthcare experience
  • Experience working within a care management
  • Knowledge of EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems
  • Prior experience being a team participant in projects
  • Prior leadership experience within projects
