**What will I do?**

The Pfizer Consulting & Execution (PCE) Analyst will play an important role supporting global and regional management consulting projects, of varying complexity and scope, which directly impact Pfizer's ability to grow and more positively impact health everywhere.

The PCE Analyst will use an ever-growing consulting skillset, a thirst for learning and knowledge to support projects by analyzing issues, driving alignment, and achieving business solutions across Pfizer's business units (BUs) and divisions. Typical projects include transformations, such as restructuring components of the business, developing and implementing new strategies and operating models, improving business processes, building new capabilities, etc. Projects may be global or regional in nature and often involve multiple functions, divisions, and/or BUs across Pfizer.

The PCE Analyst will be a critical partner to the project lead and sponsor of any project; he/she will provide project and program management support, engage in thought partnership to PCE and Pfizer colleagues, and create meaningful recommendations through fact-based analysis. He/She will be involved in driving projects forward through daily project management activities including developing a project plan, conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, collecting and analyzing data, conducting research on various subjects, and helping to develop and implement solutions to key business challenges.

**What do I need?**

The PCE Analyst will need to be highly proactive, to work collaboratively within and across teams, and to have strong attention to detail, along with written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, mental agility, and relationship-building skills.

The PCE Analyst will most often work on a team of both PCE and BU colleagues, collaborating to deliver on projects per established timelines. He/She will need to cultivate and maintain relationships across internal stakeholders within the business units and other divisions to drive critical business solutions.

Candidate Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

+ 0-2 years' experience

+ Interest / Experience in Management Consulting

+ Ability to learn and develop on the job

+ Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a close-knit team

+ Strong oral and written communications capabilities

+ Strong presentation and facilitation skills

+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

**Students must be authorized to work on a full-time, permanent basis in the U.S.**
