Our Fixed Income Marketing team is seeking a presentation Database Manager which is responsible for providing support to the Marketing business.

Our Marketing team is a dynamic group that collaborates with all areas of PGIM; in turn creating a myriad of learning opportunities and a collaborative culture. Operations span all of our products and markets while we serve as an internal business partner to aid in processes and controls; as well as help improve our systems that deliver accuracy, efficiency, and the overall integrity to our business.


Develop and project manage custom and complex presentations for new business and existing clients including portfolio reviews, due diligence, finals, training, and other marketing materials. The individual will also be responsible for developing and updating market-related slides used in presentations. The individual will also be responsible for updating presentations on a quarterly basis.

Responsible for collecting and reviewing data from source systems to fulfill marketing requests, collaborating with other internal groups including the Sales team, Client Management team, and the Portfolio Analysis Group to gather market-related and client specific data, updating data in marketing and client related materials, and performing reasonability checks. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring the presentation management system captures all updates on a real-time basis. The individual will largely work independently but will be responsible for keeping management well apprised of progress on assignments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare custom and complex presentations based upon on-going requests from Sales and Client Management colleagues Assist in review of standard presentations and the development of other presentation materials such as finals, due diligence and client materials
  • Update content on a monthly and quarterly basis and upload slides into the presentation management system
  • Project Management:
    • Ensure content and data owners and management are kept updated on progress, status and issues
    • Ensure policies, workflows and procedures are escalated and reviewed as required
    • Reinforce marketing processes by working with business partners to ensure all content is complete and accurate.
  • Professional Knowledge and Development:
    • Ability to demonstrate a conceptual understanding of the product strategies for the firm.
    • Ability to develop industry knowledge through continuous learning.

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or other business related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry (preferably in fixed income asset management)
  • Conceptual knowledge of fixed income and financial markets
  • Technical ability with an understanding of systems including: Microsoft Office—specific knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Effective communication, writing and editing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills—well-organized and detail oriented.
  • The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple action items at one time.
  • Excellent time management skills—ability to work well under pressure in a deadline oriented atmosphere.
  • Ability to take direction and offer solutions and improvements to current work process
  • A critical thinker
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team member.
