PGIM Real Estate’s U.S. Investor Services group partners with marketing representatives, asset managers, fund operations, senior management and other groups to provide portfolio managers, our clients, their consultants, and prospective clients with accurate and timely information and analysis. We are seeking an Analyst to directly support PGIM Real Estate’s client service, relationship management, and business development activities. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in a myriad of areas in support of PGIM’s commitment to provide best-in-class service for our investors. The Investor Services Group has a broad mandate and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn, grow and advance within the organization.

The Analyst will report to the Vice President, U.S. Investor Services and Product Development. The role is based in Madison, NJ, but we would consider candidates who would like to split their time between Madison and New York, NY, spending at least two days a week in Madison.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provide day to day support to current and prospective clients across several real estate funds.
  • Coordinate responses to client requests across portfolio management, business development, marketing communications, investor services and other functional groups.
  • Deliver responses to client and consultant questionnaires and databases updates in conjunction with our third-party fund administrator.
  • Serve as a liaison with our third-party fund administrator to provide responses to recurring and ad-hoc data requests involving client reporting, investment performance reporting and various other requests from clients and investment consultants.
  • Compile qualitative responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and coordinate with our third-party fund administrator on the quantitative responses as applicable.
  • Assist with a variety of special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to industry association and publication surveys with relevant data.
  • Help develop creative solutions to better service our clients and consultants.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client services, investor relations or related function within or supporting the investment management industry; experience in real estate preferred.
  • A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • A skilled user of Excel, with the ability to perform some quantitative data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technologically “savvy”.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong initiative, good judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Highly collaboratives and comfortable working across functional groups – team player.

  • Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
