Job Details


The **Tech** position requires Aseptic Training, as part of the responsibilities will be to load and un load the Lyophilization chambers in the Aseptic Cores. Understanding of batch records and good math skills used in determining Hold times. Be able to process cGMP's and safety/security regulations.


+ Responsible for the daily operation, including but not limited to Lyophilization, Terminal Sterilization and the operation of the production autoclaves.

+ Operate and Monitor all processes verifying and documenting critical steps.

+ Perform Validations when required.

+ Follow SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs.

+ Stay current with training requirements.


+ Requires high school education or equivalent, plus two years in-plant experience.

+ Must possess necessary mechanical skills to perform the required loading and unloading of the lyophilizers.

+ Computer (PC) experience plus knowledge of Word, Excel is helpful.


Must be able to read and understand batch record instructions. Requires continuous physical activity for operation of equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Some production areas present exposure to heat, steam and liquids. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team. Vision must be correctable to 20/20. Satisfactory performance and attendance is required.
