Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is a private, acute inpatient psychiatric facility designed to provide quality services in a supportive environment to children, adolescents and adults. The Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Phlebotomist (Tuesday, Thursday and Weekends at 6:30am). The Phlebotomist is responsible for being able to provide professional, competent, safe, appropriate direct patient care in the collection of blood samples from patients; management of all documentation related to blood collection, management of communication between the Laboratory and ancillary and off campus sites, both verbal and hardcopy documents, manages the registration process and transfer of information for outpatient and off campus. Maintains a professional, cooperative interaction with all hospital departments, medical staff, and the public in keeping with the mission and philosophy of Suncoast Behavioral Health Center. Job Requirements
Education: High school graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred. Graduation from an approved Phlebotomy Training Program is required. Ex
