Description:

The Plan Design and Consulting Manager in Retirement Compliance will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the New Business Account Managers and Compliance Account Managers within Plan Compliance Services ensuring high performing staff and talent development
  • Manage the day to day operations of the team which may be related to plan design, identifying system limitations to streamlined administration, coordination of errors and loss documentation and trends, and accountable for service deliverable for plan sponsors and other internal and external partners and clients
  • Assist with the strategic planning and with development, implementation and maintenance of strategic plans, annual operation plans, budgets and capacity planning. Also supports the implementation and ongoing refinement of the organizational design that drives client results
  • Partners with others in support of TRS Strategy and Plan Compliance Services

  • 3 years of Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit, Retirement Industry and/or Financial Services experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to direct and motivate people to encourage high standards of performance without formal authority
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor/coach less experienced associates
  • Professional presence with a level of comfort interacting with associates at all levels of the organization including senior management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to foster relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of Prudential Retirement recordkeeping and support peripheral system platforms
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint
