Who You'll Work With
*	Create, implement and manage theatre public relations strategies and programs
*	Serve as an effective filter for the organization in helping to determine the credibility, defensibility and news value of Cisco messages. 
*	Proactively promote stories and other publicity opportunities that are advantageous to Cisco.
*	Manage the PR agency work according to budget and business requirements
*	Manage the use of Cisco resources and budgets, including agency and consulting relationships, to assure that highly reliable counsel, and cost effective media and public relations services, are provided.
*	Build and maintain strong working relationships with theatre's most influential media.
*	Build and maintain strong working relationships with Cisco theatre business stakeholders and management.
*	Create theatre specific content such as press releases, thought leadership articles, messaging, executive press briefings and blog posts for executives 
*	Field and prioritise requests and media engagements
*	Work with regional and US teams to distribute news and content where appropriate
*	Effectively manage the theatre response to incidents, issues or crisis situations, and manage programs to mitigate negative impacts of incidents affecting Cisco
*	Manage and execute against the Digital PR strategy
*	Establish effective media monitoring and metrics to determine the output and value of our results and use the data as a critical planning tool
*	Drive regular planning and reporting meetings with key stakeholders
*	Draft, review and approve Cisco theatre PR announcements and initiatives 
*	Provide communications counsel and support to relevant spokespeople

Who You Are
*	Bachelor's degree with a focus in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related fields
*	8 years of experience in a similar role or PR agency, or media related business
*	Strong network of media relationships in ASEAN Region
*	Technology PR experience in a B2B environment would be a plus
*	Strong knowledge of social media including social media policies and its application to PR
*	Strong writing and editorial skills, in particular, the ability to distill complex ideas into accessible copy
*	Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
*	Ability to multi-task - prioritize and execute multiple projects in an organized fashion
*	Strong skills in understanding and implementing metrics
*	Team oriented, with a strong commitment to team members
*	Experience in engaging, influencing and working with senior stakeholders across a diverse audience is a plus
*	Ability to think out-of-the-box and exponentially is very essential. Challenging the statusquo is viewed favourably
*	Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills
*	Experience working as part of a regional or global team 
*	Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
